Amy is highly knowledgeable, personable and professional, which was very reassuring from the start. Our initial meeting was several months before, and Amy was informative regarding the process from beginning to end. In addition, Amy is a great listener and always addressed any concerns that I may have had through the process. Her team was there for support to make sure my house was completely ready for the open house. The marketing team did an excellent job with amazing photos and brochures for the open houses and showings. There were never any surprises-she always made me aware of all upcoming appointments and inspections and worked with my schedule. Finally, Amy was an advocate for me, and I was very happy with the final sale price. I highly recommend Amy-she will not disappoint!!!

Amy is the best around! Prompt communication, lots of knowledge about the local area and the process overall. As a first-time homebuyer, there were so many unknowns, but she had great advice and always had our best interests in mind along the way. Amy is patient and puts no pressure - she'll show you a hundred houses if that's what it takes, but it probably won't because she's great at narrowing down what you're looking for. Can't recommend her enough.

Amy Faherty is a pro! Very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, always available and responsive. Personal service second to none. Amy provided solutions to inevitable problems, gave knowledgable advice, and even though at times it was not what I wanted to hear, I went with her guidance and she was right.... all of the time. Amy found contractors to take care of issues... the next day (!) even though none could be found. Amy, once the contract was signed, sprung into action, prepping the house for sale, staging the house in a way that I questioned, but went with her advice and it was spot-on. We worked on a very tight deadline, and as the inevitable "glitches" occurred, Amy found solutions and contractors and we never missed a beat! During negotiations, Amy provided advice that allowed me to make the right decisions. I am very pleased with the price and outcome of the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Amy Faherty.
